Domino Online
Domino Online is a browser multiplayer implementation of the classic Draw Domino game, played against real opponents in real time. The distinguishing feature is the matchmaking — you're always playing against another human, not an AI pretending to be one.
The rules are standard: match tiles by connecting ends with equal pip counts. If you can't play, draw from the boneyard. First player to empty their hand wins; if the game blocks, the player with the lowest pip count wins. Tiles are shown face-down to opponents — you see only your own hand. Each match takes 5-15 minutes.
Works for players who know the rules and want the social element without installing an app. Decent for casual evening play. Tip: track which pip values have been played — if all sixes are on the board and your opponent keeps drawing, they're probably holding the tile you need.
FAQ
- How does scoring work?
- The standard scoring counts the total pips on tiles remaining in opponents' hands — the winner earns those points for the round.
- What happens if the boneyard runs out?
- When no tiles remain to draw and no player can move, the game is declared blocked and the player with the fewest pips wins.
- Can I play against friends specifically?
- The game matches randomly — there's no private room or friend-invite system in this version.
